- 1 can smoked oysters 3.75 oz, drained and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lemon zested
- salt and black pepper to taste
- chopped parsley optional, for garnish
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
