  • 2 boneless chicken breasts sliced
  • 8 oz pasta penne or fettuccine
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; cook in a skillet until golden.
  • Remove chicken and set aside; melt butter in the same skillet.
  • Add garlic, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice; stir for 1–2 minutes.
  • Return chicken and pasta to the pan; toss to coat in cowboy butter sauce.
  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
