  • everything bagel seasoning optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Divide dough into 4–6 portions and shape into bagels.
  • Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and set.
