  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Melt white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  • Stir in Baileys Irish Cream and let cool slightly.
  • Whip heavy cream with vanilla and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture.
  • Spoon mousse into serving glasses and chill for 2 hours.
  • Top with whipped cream before serving.
