  • 1 tbsp capers drained
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese shaved
  • 1 handful arugula
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange Wagyu slices in a single layer on a chilled plate.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and capers.
  • Add shaved Parmesan over the top.
  • Garnish with arugula.
  • Serve immediately while cold.
