Instructions
Toast the sourdough slices to your liking.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs to your preference – poached or fried work great.
Spread the mashed avocado onto the toasted bread.
Top with crumbled feta, the cooked egg, and a sprinkle of chili flakes if desired.
