  • Slice squash into ½-inch thick half-moons.
  • Toss squash slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving, if desired.
