  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp red food coloring
  • 0.33 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 10 Oreo cookies roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring; mix well.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  • Fold in chopped Oreos, reserving a few for topping.
  • Pour batter into pan, top with extra Oreos, and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
