- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs large
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 0.33 cup cocoa powder
- 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 10 Oreo cookies roughly chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring; mix well.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
Fold in chopped Oreos, reserving a few for topping.
Pour batter into pan, top with extra Oreos, and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
