Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano from a block if possible
- freshly ground black pepper optional
- 1/2 tsp truffle oil or to taste, total for whole batch
- fine sea salt or truffle salt to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon small mounds of grated Parmesan onto the sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (if using).
Bake for 5–7 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Drizzle lightly with truffle oil after baking and let cool completely before serving.
