Main Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
- 1 cup quinoa cooked
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup cucumber diced
- 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 0.33 cup feta cheese crumbled
Marinate steak in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano for 30 minutes.
Grill or sear steak over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let cool slightly.
