  • 2 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion and bell peppers until softened.
  • Add zucchini and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in bone broth, chicken, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  • Squeeze in lime juice before serving and enjoy hot.
