  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken thighs to the crock pot.
  • Pour in chicken broth and add cauliflower, celery, and onion.
  • Stir in minced garlic.
