  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add onion and celery; sauté until soft.
  • Pour in bone broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add zucchini and shredded chicken; cook for 5–7 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
