  • 2 shots espresso freshly brewed
  • 1–2 tbsp simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup ice
  • milk or oat milk optional splash

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 shots of espresso and let cool slightly.
  • Add espresso, simple syrup, and cold water to a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until frothy.
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour the shaken espresso over the ice.
  • Add a splash of milk if desired and stir.
