  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast rotisserie works great
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat or low-fat
  • 4 oz low-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce Frank’s RedHot recommended
  • 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or extra mozzarella optional, highly encouraged
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • chopped green onions or parsley for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, hot sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded chicken, mozzarella, and blue cheese if using.
  • Spread mixture evenly in a small baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
