- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8" pan with parchment.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and peppermint extract.
