  • 1 banana
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.75 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 0.5 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, pineapple, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
  • Pour in almond milk and add grated ginger.
  • Add honey if desired, then toss in ice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
