Espresso Cinnamon Rolls

Dough
- 2.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 2.25 tsp instant yeast
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.75 cup milk warm
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 egg
Filling
- 0.33 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 3 tbsp butter softened
Icing
- 0.5 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp brewed espresso
- 1 tbsp cream cheese optional
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until soft and smooth dough forms.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.
Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread with softened butter and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and espresso powder.
Roll up tightly and cut into 8–10 rolls. Place in a greased pan and let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes. Drizzle with espresso icing while warm.
