Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add the black beans, corn, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
  • Serve warm with rice, tortillas, or over a salad. Enjoy!
