  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream steeped with 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into a springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in Earl Grey-infused cream.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Pour into crust and bake for 50–60 minutes; chill before serving.
