  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub spice mix all over the chicken.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
