  • 2 balls fresh burrata cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic thinly sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves optional
  • Crusty bread for serving, optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3–4 minutes until just softened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Place burrata on a serving plate and spoon warm tomatoes and oil over the top.
  • Garnish with basil and serve with crusty bread if desired.
