- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling
- 4 to 5 Kinder Bueno bars cut into chunks and chilled
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in chilled Bueno chunks.
Scoop dough, place on baking sheet, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
