Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling

  • 4 to 5 Kinder Bueno bars cut into chunks and chilled

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet and mix until a dough forms.
  • Fold in chilled Bueno chunks.
  • Scoop dough, place on baking sheet, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
