Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fruit berries, mango, pineapple, etc.
  • 1 cup leafy greens spinach or kale
  • 1 tbsp seeds chia, hemp, or flax
  • 0.5 banana optional
  • 1–2 cups liquid water, almond milk, or coconut water
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add fruit, greens, and seeds to a blender.
  • Add banana if using.
  • Pour in liquid of choice.
  • Add ice cubes if desired.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
