Main Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed fruit berries, mango, pineapple, etc.
- 1 cup leafy greens spinach or kale
- 1 tbsp seeds chia, hemp, or flax
- 0.5 banana optional
- 1–2 cups liquid water, almond milk, or coconut water
- ice cubes optional
Add fruit, greens, and seeds to a blender.
Add banana if using.
Pour in liquid of choice.
Add ice cubes if desired.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
