Main Ingredients 1 cup Activia yogurt any flavor 1 cup fruit fresh or frozen (e.g. berries, banana, mango) 1 small fiber add-in chia seeds, flaxseed, or psyllium 1/2 to 1 cup liquid milk, almond milk, or water
Add Activia yogurt to the blender.
Pour in the liquid of your choice (start with ½ cup).
Add fruit and your fiber add-in.
Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed.
